Minutes on meeting held on the 21st of May 2026

Present were Medwyn Roberts, Arwyn Ellis, Generys Roberts, Eryl Evans, Gethin Jones and Helen Jones (chairperson) and Cll Gwennol Ellis.
Minutes were read and signed as correct.
Declaration of interest NONE.
Registered of councillors interest and councillors expenses were signed.
Correspondence
1. Conwy B Council letter asking for a donation towards the summer playscheme £220.00 given.
2. Cerrig y Drudion Educational Foundantion asking for a donation £100 given.
3. Balchder Bro - application for grant has been submitted towards Playing equipment at the Gro.
4. Llangollen Eisteddfod - asking for a donation - none given.
5. Elusen Gymunedol Llanfihangel - donation received towards the paint of rallings at the Church £650.00.
6. Nick Ferguson - invoice of hosting the website £60 .00 was paid
7. Conwy B Council - precept received £2,500
8. Annual Accounts to the end of March 26 were noted and approved by the council, they will be now sent away for internal auditing by Emyr Mortimer.
9. Zuirch Insurance invoice received £276.21 was paid.
10. Any other matter
It was noted that water on the Derwydd Bridge is dangerous for travelling cars and motorbikes. Clerk to report to the two Council.
Conwy B Council - clerk to report the poor condition of road by Cefn Bannog.
