Llanfihangel Community Council
A meeting was held on the 17th of Sept at 7.30

Present were Gethin Jones, Medwyn Roberts, Llyr Jones, Arwyn Ellis, Eryl Evans, Generys Roberts, Helen Jones (chairperson) and Cll Gwennol Ellis.
The minutes were read and signed as correct.

Conwy development - no grant issued for the playground at the Gro, the clerk to contact Mark Roberts to apply again in the near future.
Canolfan Addysg Uwchaled a representation to be on the ganolfan committee Helen re elected.
Bara Caws asking for a donation none given this time.
Conwy Borough Council - precept £2,333.00 (2)
Carol Humphreys – invoice for sending document to the Audit in Cardiff for inspection. £19.55 to be paid.
Cll Gwennol Ellis – it was noted that work on the bridge at the Crown are still ongoing.

Skip date of next skip 8th of November
Bonfire night to be held on the 5th of November with donation given to the Maggies Centre, Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.
Christmas outing the date for our Christmas meal will be on the 27th of November at 7.00 clerk to make enquires for menus. Also the donation will be given to the Maggies Centre.
