Minutes of meeting held on the 15th of September 2026

Present were Gethin Jones, Generys Roberts, Arwyn Ellis and Helen Jones (chairperson) apologies from Eryl Evans, Llyr Jones and Cll Gwennol Ellis.

Last minutes were read and signed as correct.

Declaration of interest – None.

Correspondence
1. G Carter - invoice for paining the railings at the Church £650 was paid.
2. Emyr Mortimers – invoice for the internal auditing £480.00 was paid.
3. Risk Assesment – was noted and signed.
4. Pride and Place Impact Fund - grant awarded the sum of £17,000.00 for Play area at the Gro.
5. Clocaennog Wind Farm - grant awarded the sum of £15,411.00 for the Play area at the Gro.
6. Audit Wales – invoice for auditing accounts £859.00 was paid.
7. Welsh Water - invoice £102.86 was paid. DD
8. Lelo Skip hire – invoice for skip hire in May £312.00 was paid.
9. Carol Humphreys - invoice for plants for pots by the bus shelter. £28.45 was paid.
10. Conwy Borough Council - second precept £2,500.00 received.
11. Bonfire Night - to be held on the 5th of November at 6.00pm
12. Skip - date of next skip 7th November
13. Christmas Meal - to be held on the 26th of November
14. Uwchaled Library - donation of £596.00 given.
